Kardashian-Jenner family granted restraining order from alleged stalker

The Kardashian-Jenners have been granted a restraining order to protect themselves from a man that Kris Jenner alleges is a stalker.

Kris, 70, submitted a request for a protection order for herself and her six children, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and her son Rob Kardashian.

According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the family sought protection from a 40-year-old man who had tried to visit Kylie’s home multiple times and was arrested on his fifth attempt.

Kris claims the man believes she was communicating with him and encouraged him to propose to Kylie, before changing her tune and “interfering” in the supposed relationship.

Kris also alleged that the alleged stalker has recently been looking into residences for sale nearby in a bid to get close to the family.

She claims he would contact their neighbours and even toured a home within a mile (1.6km) of the Kardashian-Jenners that was for sale.

Kris claimed she was informed that the 40-year-old has a criminal history, including for violent assault, and thus requested the restraining order for herself and her family on Friday morning (Saturday May 30 in Australia).

It was granted by a judge just hours later.

The new restraining order bars the man from contacting the family directly or indirectly, and instructs him to stay at least 100 yards (91m) from the family, their homes, their workplaces and their cars.

It’s not the first time a member of the family has had to have a restraining order taken out against a stalker.

Kim has dealt with the situation multiple times, with the latest being in 2024, when she applied for an order of protection against one Melvin Jeffery Conley after he allegedly tried to jump the fence of her Malibu home.

According to TMZ, Conely showed up at Kris’ home claiming to Kim’s long time manager and a basketball player.

Kim said she was caused severe emotional distress by the incident, adding that her home is not easy to find and it shows the lengths he went to allegedly make contact with her and her family.
