“Long distance is a wild ride! This is the first time seeing each other since the wedding period back in June! (We spent a few weeks together over that period) but have been apart since.”
Hockley shared some of the things the pair do together to make their long distance love work.
She is based in Australia, while Siegrist is in Europe for his sporting career.
“Doesn’t mean it’s easy, but anything is possible if you want it enough,” she said.
She said “communication,” and “trust” are two big things that are a must in a long distance relationship and that the pair like to “cook together on FaceTime”.
Another big one is to to “know your limit apart”.
“For us we always try to make it every 8 weeks or so, but with work it sometimes slips out to longer, like this time,” she wrote.

“We know we start getting crankier after 8 weeks. So if you know that, it’s easier manage and you’re more likely to brush it off.”
The pair tied the knot in not one, but two luxury weddings.
When they got married, she wrote in an Instagram post: “From the very first day, it was you. Across any ocean, it is you.For the rest of our lives, it will always be you. Mr and Mrs Siegrist 🤍 4.6.2025 🤍 #brittfoundherkeeper“.
She recently revealed the pair have just bought their first home together, a mansion believed to be in Queensland.
“So happy to say we bought our dream home!!” Brittany wrote to her thousands of followers.
“We may be living on opposite sides of the world chasing our own dreams but we are working towards our future together and that’s the most important thing.”
