Jesse Solomon Says There Was “Some Accountability” At Summer House Reunion As He Grieves Loss Of Friend Group

Jesse Solomon is teasing a very messy Summer House reunion, and it sounds like Amanda Batula and West Wilson will have a lot to answer for.

While walking the red carpet at the 2026 American Music Awards on Monday, May 25, Jesse opened up about the upcoming three part Summer House Season 10 reunion and revealed that the cast did not hold back.

“There’s some accountability,” Jesse told Us Weekly. “Obviously it’s brutal … I think there’s a lot of unexpected fights … Watching it on the way here, obviously we cover a lot of the West and Amanda stuff, but there’s a lot of other stuff in the house that people are upset about.”

The biggest storyline heading into the reunion is, of course, Amanda and West’s romance. The two confirmed in March that they were exploring a “connection,” just months after Amanda announced her separation from Kyle Cooke in January.

Making the situation even messier, West previously dated Ciara Miller, who was once one of Amanda’s closest friends.

The fallout has rocked the Summer House friend group, with Ciara making it clear that she felt deeply betrayed by both her ex and her former best friend. In the reunion trailer, Ciara can be seen confronting Amanda directly about the relationship and telling her how hurt she is after years of supporting her.

Soloman said Ciara seems to be doing well considering everything she has been through.

“She seems good, all things considered,” Jesse said.

He added, “She’s a really strong woman, and just a great person, and great friend. I’m just trying to be there for her and support her.”

The reunion trailer also showed Jesse breaking down in tears over the fractured friend group, a moment that even surprised him.

Jesse admitted he did not expect “at all” to get that emotional over the Amanda and West drama.

“I think I just hadn’t taken time to grieve the loss of a friend group,” Jesse explained. “When confronted with it, it was really a lot to deal with. I was just emotional all day.”

He continued, “I cried for KJ [Dillard], I cried for Mia [Calabrese], cried for the loss of my friends, obviously.”

While Amanda and West’s relationship will clearly be front and center, Jesse teased that they are not the only ones in the hot seat.

According to Jesse, viewers will also see a heated exchange between Ben Waddell and Bailey Taylor after their recent tension on the show.

“Bailey, she’s a firecracker. I love her the best,” Jesse said.

Jesse also gave some insight into where things stand with Amanda and Kyle after the emotional reunion taping in New York City.

“Kyle’s in touch with them,” Jesse said. “It’s just awkward and weird and uncharted territory. I never thought we would be in this position.”

That seems to sum up the state of Summer House heading into the reunion. What started as a house full of longtime friendships has turned into a messy web of breakups, new romances, betrayals and shifting loyalties.

And based on Jesse’s comments, the reunion will not just be about Amanda and West defending their relationship. It will also be about the emotional damage their choices caused inside the friend group.

For Ciara, the reunion may bring clarity. For Amanda and West, it sounds like accountability is coming.
