While making the rounds to promote his new film Deep Cover, Orlando Bloom is bringing along a special guest to many of his appearances – his dog! And though the teacup poodle is rather small, he’s making a big impression!
So far, the tiny pup, appropriately named Biggie Smalls, has stolen the spotlight on both The Today Show and The Tonight Show. When Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon asked if the 48-year-old brings the dog everywhere, Bloom said, “He’s a real emotional support animal because I’m very emotional right now.”
Many speculate that may have something to do with rifts in his relationship with Katy Perry. The pair got engaged in 2019 but rumor has it that they are over. People reported this week that the singer’s negative tour reviews and her most recent album “flop” have added “stress” and “tension” to their relationship.
Back to Biggie, I must say I’m quite disappointed I didn’t get a sighting of the furry friend at SXSW London. Bloom was on hand, along with co-stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Nick Mohammed, to screen Deep Cover as part of the inaugural tech, film and music festival.
